They did a pre-shave on our dog (extremely patchy and ridiculous looking) and said that they couldn't complete grooming since a employee had a injury (not due to grooming our dog). I really wish I could attach a picture. We were told we would have to pick him up half shaved and would not have someone else complete his grooming. The other option was we could leave him there until 6 pm and MAYBE they could get to him. Horrible customer service.....I won't even get into the conversation with the management that clearly needs some professional training. We will never go back. Found TWO local groomers that were willing to accommodate getting us in the same day after hearing the predicament.

Edit rating with new staff. Wasted our time today and had a demeaning attitude towards me while she did it. You should have mentioned the vaccination was expiring in one week when we made the appointment if your policy is to turn us away at the door when we arrive! NOT have us drive all the way there just to be rudely rejected and mocked. Nope you missed it is what she said guess we'll see ya next time... the staff before was kind and almost part of our pets life. As I see in other recent reviews I'm not the only one who thinks your staff now in Marysville is rude!! And we're the ones who will mention it, wonder how many won't and simply won't return.. We won't be back

New is good. Self cleaning is wonderful. Your pet is still apprehensive about it. Just started using it, but still watches the cleaning motion. Service at local PETCO was wonderful.

Always well-stocked, cheerful helpful staff. Very clean & bright. I always like seeing other people's dogs in the store. A+ in all aspects.
