Everyone is courteous and super friendly. They greet me warmly when I go in AND as I leave. Tellers are very friendly and professional. I LOVE my bank!!
This place is literally the most unprofessional bank I’ve ever witnessed in my 30 years of life. ESD unfortunately partners with KeyBank for their debut cards, and that means that you have to deal with them from time to time. The First Hill and South Seattle KeyBank locations both allow you to withdraw over $1000 in one transaction through the teller. If you go to this location, they tell you you can only withdraw that amount on the ATM, even though the ATM doesn’t exceed withdrawals over $800. After I told the employees this, he looked puzzled and basically told me there was nothing to do other than to make multiple withdrawals, which I didn’t want to do because it probably wouldn’t work. It’s just bad customer service, poor management, and even worse attitudes. When you have a massive, corporate bank that has inconsistent polices it makes it really tough on the customer. A shame all around.

Got some $1 coins and lady was profiling me cuz of how i was dressed i think. Sorry im not Rich???
Great location with open feeling, though lines easily seem to form up so as usual with a bank, expect a little wait time. ATM out front, and no drive thru for quick banking since its downtown.
