Exact is a great optometrist! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Professional and comfortable atmosphere and a well fitted office. Go see Doctor Freitag and the awesome opticians for any of your Eye Care or glasses needs, adjustments or repairs.
Update: the owner called after I left my review and promised to look into my visit. Everything then went well and my glasses came back in perfect shape. Well satisfied.nnI tried to get safety glasses and the staff couldn't tell me anything about what was available or what the prices were. I was there on Friday and they promised to call me on Monday. I called Monday afternoon to check with them, no answer. I left a message. No call. I've called several times and no one has answered. Today is Wednesday and still nothing. Avoid this place.
I've never had a bad experience here. The staff was very kind and helpful. I recommended to all my family and friends in the area!
Terrible Staff, Great Doctor.... Called to get a replacement contact because mine tore and my order had not arrived in the mail yet. This is or now I should say was my eye doctor. Office personnel would not give me one or sell me one to get me by. SERIOUSLY? 1 CONTACT They Get for probably close to nothing? Also, they wouldnt give me my pupil measurement when I asked for it, because I said I wanted to order frames online, and not buy them there. EVEN THOUGH IT IS PART OF THE EYE EXAM I PAID FOR. The doctor did however give it to me when I asked him during the second exam. (Away from the viper pit up front) Sad I had to that because they refused.nThis Doctor is great, but his office people just seem to be miserable.nI'm 100% positive if I spoke to the doctor directly he would give me another contact instead of leaving me half blind. And I AM really blind. The contact I need is +2.75.nThanks pity a$$ office lady from hell!
