Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital

Recently discharged from Bozeman Deaconess Healthcare after an acute four day stay for pneumonia. Came in by ambulance. As a recently retired nurse I was genuinely very satisfied with my care there. Everyone I came into contact with was kind, well trained and reassuring. I felt well taken care, of and when I rang for assistance someone was there quickly to see what they could do to help me out. They all worked together as a team very well. Always had ID tags fully visible and always identified themselves and what they were there to do. I was a patient in the Med/Surg Unit of the Bozeman Hospital from March 23rd to March 29th, 2021. I would like to forward my highest praises and compliments related to the nursing care I received during my stay.nWhile the entire nursing staff was extremely compassionate and professionally competent, I would like to recognize a few individuals who particularly standout. Kaitlyn D, Carly D, Karie S, and David were extraordinary in their level of nursing care. They are a credit to the nursing profession and demonstrate all the attributes of knowledgeable and caring health care providers. These individuals should be acknowledged and recognized for the consummate professionals there are. The community is fortunate to have these nurses as a medical resource.

I recently visited the ER during a weekend and was immediately treated for my ailment. The medical staff - both nurses and physicians - walked me through the various tests they were conducting and ensured I understood my medical situation. The nurse did a fantastic job relating to me and his humor helped reduce the stress in visiting the ER. The exam room and waiting room were both clean. The ER doctor even provided me his personal cell phone in case I had questions after my discharge and told me not to hesitate to call him with any concerns.

I had surgery at Bozeman health a little over a week ago. I have nothing but great things to say. The nurses, my anesthesiologist and podiatrist were all fantastic. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Bozeman Health!

FROM THE MOMENT I WAS ROLLED IN THE E R. THE ENTIRE STAFF WERE 100% CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH FOR THE NURSE THAT TOOK CHARGE, AND SHE DONE EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE , I WAS IN TONS OF PAIN DUE TO A DISLOCATED SHOULDER. HATS OFF TO EVERYONE E INVOLVED . THANKS SO MUCH. JOHN C.
