Shoe Dept. Encore

Just came in i wont be back. Gal asked if she could help me.Told her I had bought a pair shoes for winter, loved the fit. Now wantedtlsee what they had in that brand for summer.she me go the same shoes I had on. I said I have those. Do you have anything in summer. She we don't. Didn't even look. I said I saw some online, she you what you have to do and copped an attitude. Well folks. I tried to buy local. Guess my $ will be spent on line. Don't bother shopping there.

While waiting for a group in front of me to cash out another couple associates came to help with the line growing. As I was next in line and stepped forward the tall associate begins to tell me the gentleman behind me was here first. He was obviously standing behind me and no I was there first and stated that to her. She proceed to argue with me. I was not in a hurry so really I didn’t care but I did care that she was calling me a liar. The associate was very disrespectful and no customer service. Come to find out that associate is the manager ! Working in customer service myself I know there can be conflict or misunderstandings but you as a manager need professionalism! I am very disappointed at the way this lady handled herself and treated the customers. Needless to say I will not be back!

Foot locker was better in my opinion but they have a wider assortment of shoes

I needed shoes for an event and I found a pair I absolutely love. It's a good place to buy dress shoes and casual shoes to kids shoes. It is always the first stop I make.

My 17 year old and I just love the shoe department! She can find everything she needs for work and school and I enjoy it for the rest of the family! It’s one store that I hope will stay.
