There was one elder lady in line in front of me at the Verizon store. I watched the care and patience Ethan had with this older lady. Beautiful. I knew I was in good hands. Ethan Was professional yet friendly. He explained things well concerning the phone and the billing. I could not have asked for better service.

Ethan was the consultant helping me and he was amazing. He knew his Lit and always had a solution for evry problem that came up. Even though I wasn’t able to get what I wanted he made every effort to do so and I still left satisfied. Travis, a coworker, has helped me many times as well and anything I have to say about Ethan can also be said about him. Travis and Ethan , kudos my friends....kudos.
