I have not been to sizzler in years and this Sizzler was far better than I remember any Sizzler being. It was very clean and everything was consistently and conveniently stocked where you didn't have to wait for anything. The service was exceptionally great for the fact that every employee was attentive and professional. But what stood out the most, and what is most important to me anywhere I go, was their complete and genuine hospitality.
The place really needs some fresh air, some new help, and definitely some new menus and items to go on them too. Really feel it should get just 2 stars but I've been many times in the past 12-15 years, and had way better service. So I'm keeping it 2
Steak was cold when served and very small lobster tale cooked till rubber. Could've been way better for me and the wife's anniversary. I'll go else where for now on!
I visited sizzler to get the all you can eat shrimp and steak special. Our waitress did a good job on keeping the shrimp coming, the reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because the steak was rather small in size. I'm assuming they were supposed to be 6 to 8 oz or so but mine could not have been bigger than 4. Overall we had a pleasant experience and our waitress did a good job.
Loved this place when they were located in Ontario Oregon years ago. And it did not disappoint last night super good. And Kaitlyn was an amazing server.
