I’ve been shopping here regularly for a year now and have never had anything less than fantastic customer service. The prices beat out my chewy subscription. The people who work here are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The best neighborhood pet store!

Bark n' Purr Boise is our go to place for high quality natural dog food and pet products. They always give top notch service. Their advice on products for elderly dogs with allergy problems has always been spot on. We've also very much appreciated their attention to health and safety during the pandemic.

My second review of Bark n' Purr just because I love it so much. Staff and dogs are so, so friendly and helpful (Dogs bring joy. Bringing joy = ultimate help). We just moved to Meridian, but will definitely still be making the trip to this shop.

Great selection of pet items that are not usually found in the big box stores. The staff are so friendly and helpful, plus they love our pups! It's the only place we shop for our furbabies.

This was one of the best pet stores I've ever been in. Excellent selection of toys and food. I was especially excited to find my cat's absolute favorite toys, the Yeoww banana and Da Bird wand toy.nEverything is very well organized and displayed. Workers were helpful but not overbearing while I shopped.
