They got us in quickly and treated the dog ud83dudc15 they was gentle with him as he is a big baby

Took my 5 month old dog in to get fixed Dr.Lang was very nice but the other lady who was her assistant was absolutely horrible to my pup. I had a harness on her and she is very skidish but has never bit anyone and she just whipped her around like a rag doll made her pee and had her tail between her legs and shaking. Never had her do that with her vet i take her to normally. She had vomit on her face when we picked her up as well which wasn't there before. I just know i was so traumatized by how she was treated that i will naver suggest them or go back.

The entire staff was so sweet and not to mention the cost was actually affordable!

Have since called them and my questions and concerns were treated with care and advice. Always willing to listen and ease my worries all the while as they keep tabs on what route to take. Thanks guys
