The trash truck skipped my whole block but did the next block

Waste management in winslow the worst drivers ever he actually picks who’s garbage he will poke through and then decide if it’s worth throwing like the black lid (recycle)can , what gets me is he doesn’t do this to everyone so it tells me if he’s not doing this to everyone then he just picks who he going to serve idk maybe if I left him a cake outside he would throw the garbage like he supposed to I’m paying for this service and yet they can’t do their job !!

The garbage truck blew a hydraulic hose then drove 300 foot down my asphalt driveway leaving a huge mess..
