FORM Pools and Spas

Needed a hot tub for Christmas with only a month’s notice in a year when everyone else was 6 months out. Peter and FORM delivered big time in getting us a good deal, perfect timing for delivery, and great communication along the way. Also a big shoutout to their great and knowledgeable installation team.

This is the absolute worst business and contractor I’ve ever dealt with In every possible way. From the starting sales pitch of swimming in 45 day guarantee that ended up 145 days before the job was (kind of complete) to the constant missed deadlines throughout the job, The owner constantly lied to us about why things weren’t Getting done. He seemed to always pass the blame off on his project managers. The stone on our retaining walls had been falling off, scuppers not plumbed correctly, spilled jugs of acid on our basket ball court that burned huge patches in the concrete, broke a post and section of the brand new expensive fencing with their machines, left the caps of our retaining wall unfinished, plaster is coming off around all the tiles in the pool, filtration pumps were plumbed BACKWARDS!!?? We had to have another company fix and yet they demand money to be paid in full before they run the pool or complete the job and I can see why now!!! When we finally thought the project was finished, we’ve now dealt with the awful grading job they did on our back lawn. It is a complete swamp when we try to get each area watered. The owner has ignored emails and our requests/demands to fix anything on the list of problems. We now are in the process of suing for damages. Long story DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!! They had a beautiful rendering software to pitch the sale that sold us and the fact the said it would be finished 45 days. Don’t fall for any of it they are a fraud! 1 star is way to good of rating!!

Peter sold us a beautiful Hot Tub. He was extremely professional and honest throughout the entire process. He was upfront with everything and even went out of his way to make things work. I can't imagine having a better experience buy a hot tub from anybody else. This review sounds glowing, but that was exactly what it was. Thank you Peter and FORM Pools and Spas for making things work.

Form Pool and spa went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. Stephanie, Chip and Kent were fun to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. After having a nightmare of an experience with the only coast dealer in Idaho, we decided to order out of Utah. They all three did so much extra to guarantee our satisfaction. Great company, friendly staff, and exceptional customer service!

19 months ago, Chip Galloway, owner of Form Pools and Utah Landscaping, came to my home and bid on a pool and backyard makeover. He convinced me that his two businesses worked in unison, that they were efficient, proficient, and with all their experience they were the absolute right fit for my small backyard renovation. WRONG! But he is a good salesman. That was April 2019. On several occasions, he absolutely guaranteed the total completion of the project by late summer (2019!) It actually took 14 months! Often throughout the 14 months until completion, workers were absent for weeks at a time. When workers did arrive, they were without adequate leadership, and I would need to instruct them as to the needs of the project. From the start, the pool had a leak. Chip’s Form Pools company has been dragging their feet for many weeks, avoiding the issue. For these reasons, I do not recommend this contractor.
