There is nobody at this location. The hours listed on the door say Monday- Friday 8 am - 6 pm. However when I arrived at 4:30 pm on a Friday there is no one there to assist. The touch screen doesn’t work at all for video chat because I assume they have different hours than what’s listed. Calling the number listed for this location said it was closed. Go to a real bank location in the middle of the day if you want to conduct more than an ATM withdrawal.
Not functional. Had to wait for 30 minutes with customer service to try and troubleshoot, but they couldn’t figure out how to use the branch.
