Love there shoes they are very comfortable but there customer service is the worst. The only way to contact them is by email and no matter what you send it’s all automated responses I order the wrong size and returned them the way there website says too and never have received any refund or response from them at all. So make sure you get exactly what you want cause more than likely you’ll end up wasting money.

I am giving one star because 0 stars is not an option. We ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 11/27/2020 to ensure that they would be received in time for Christmas. We received 2 of the 3 pairs in plenty of time. After watching the order an seeing no movement on the last pair of shoes, we attempted to communicate via email, Facebook, and site contact page to no avail. 1 week before Christmas and still no message. Today we read that they are having issues with their shippers. Great way to attempt to deflect responsibility instead of owning the issue and then stating that you are working diligently to rectify the situation. Integrity goes a long way with people in both the business and personal world. No response is not an acceptable approach. 1300 comments on Facebook dictates that you have potentially overrun production, or overrun lines of credit to meet the influx of orders. Instead of communicating that to your clients, you have taken the silent approach and decided that you will get to it when you want to. Theft is a crime in the United States. My next report will be with the proper authorities in your jurisdiction. As a first time customer I can say that I hope that enjoyed your only purchase from me. I will take my business elsewhere.
