Aurum Food & Wine

We had the most beautiful experience Yurt dining! The food was unique, tasty, creative and they made our special occasion just lovely. On of our favorite Steamboat restaurants!

Amazing! We love Aurum pretty much any day or the week and for any occasion, but needed to comment after spending a birthday dinner this week in one of the new yurts. We were compelled to share that, again, Aurum has outdone itself. Consistently pushing the envelope, thinking outside the box, and remaining relevant & accessible even when the world is closed to the public. So impressed with their originality, quality, staff, food, and now their new yurt experience. Brilliant and fresh when we thought we had already seen it all. Thank you for a beautiful (and delicious) evening!

Probably the best restaurant we went to during our stay in steamboat. Super great food (I recommend the brussel sprouts and angus burger - best I’ve had in CO) and well crafted drinks. Highly recommend it.

The views of ski jumping perfect compliment the best vegetarian meal in town. The Aurum staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Get here if you can.

Food was decent, but nothing special. My waiter was rude and frazzled. He cleared my drink before I finished it - not once, but twice, cursing profusely the second time. Management is not enforcing mask wearing by patrons using the restroom or leaving the restaurant, and groups of people arriving for the Yurt Dining experience are left congregating in the hallway for long periods of time before being seated.
