I loved this place when I visited on vacation. The Strawberry Rhubarb Jam Cocktail was amazing. I highly recommend it.
The Barley always has a phenomenal beer selection on draft (not just for mountain town standards, but they carry more beers than some of the best taprooms you would find in any city!). There's a reason locals love this spot.nnThe owner and all of the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and create a fun atmosphere. This place is the spot for a beer or cocktail in Steamboat, whether it's late afternoon, apres, happy hour, or late night - it's always a good time to check out The Barley.
It’s like being at “cheers” in the mountains. They make everyone feel at home. Best service and best beers!
My wife and I went from just passing by when we saw this absolute gem, they had an incredible selection of Local Craft Beers on tap. As many IPA’s as you can imagine! As well as deliciously made cocktails. The owner, as well as everyone in the bar were very friendly to make conversation with. They made an avid effort to inform and uphold Colorado COVID guidelines and regulations. Definitely a stop to put on the the list when coming to steamboat!
Great selection of beers and the meat try was a great pairing.
