Traveling from out of state and one foot/leg started swelling out of control. I called another urgent care place in town and they recommended that I come here. Fast compassionate care. Scheduled further testing at the hospital within an hour to rule out blood clot with blood work and cleared me to continue my long drive back to NC with instructions. My home MD is happy with what they did. Said they could do more but I only wanted to make sure no blood clot and safe to drive home. Very satisfied.

DO NOT go here. Staff is friendly and helpful, BUT I took my daughter here for an obvious ear infection (gets chronic ear infections and has tubes because of it). Provider looked at her ears for 5 seconds each and said she's is fine. Next day we took her to another one where a severe double ear infection and one tube wasn't working properly was noted and IM antibiotics were given IMMEDIATELY. They seem nice and all, but obviously didn'take a second extra to make sure my baby girl was ok.

Very friendly staff and clean but it took to long for me to see someone being the only person there. When the medical assistant went to do a blood draw he had no idea how to. He didn’t even get into my vein. Not even close. The nurse practitioner could hardly even do it but she actually got the job done. We should not be letting anyone in the health care field that does not know how to draw blood.

My husband had a cut get severely infected. We came here and they turned him away, telling him he needed an appointment, even after showing them. We went to the next urgent care in Clifton and the doc prescribed him heavy antibiotics and said if it didn’t start to improve within the day, to go to the hospital to be admitted, as it was dangerous and potentially FATAL. Glad we didn’t wait for an appt at the first place. Absolutely insane.

Everytime I go in here it is super clean and people seem happy to see us. They definitely try their best to make sure we (members of the poor community) can get reasonable healthcare as well. I know that they can't do everything we may need there but I seriously appreciate all they can do. Also thank you for not handing our pain pills like tic tacs.
