Community Hospital : Emergency Room

I recently visited because I thought I had a stroke the previous night. The service was great and the staff was amazing. But on my way out I tried to make sure they had my correct insurance, but the lady very rudely told me they had it and were busy with other patients. So now I'm being billed $3,000 dollars because some lady couldn't do her job right and take 1 minute out of her day to make sure I had the correct insurance. I'm currently in a different ER and can't fix the problem in person and might get late fees added so in total everything was great except her feeling the need to get me out of there as fast as possible when tgere was nobody else in the damn waiting room and her feeling to busy to make sure I didn't get screwed over.

Absolutely amazing staff. I felt very cared for during an uncomfortable time

Always have been great nursing staff and front desk clerks and physicians are always on top of any issues. I will never use st Mary's as long as Community stays opened!
