Who is running this place. Horrible experience. Counselors don't attend zoom meetings ever and they fail to call u to reschedule. They discharge u for no reason. The answering service lady after hours can't help u. Awful experience. 3 weeks now to start my first class and once again no counselor available even with an apt.

Based on a lot of reviews it seems like a lot of people havent had a good experience. Although, I have. I'm part of the rapid recovery unit. As long as you keep them updated and work with them theyll work with you. When I had classes until 2 (when you have to be there at 12 to get an appointment for the day) I would just have to call a few days before and I would be auto scheduled. Andrea is simply an awesome physchatrist. She always listens to what I say and she makes sure I'm getting the help that I need. Dealing with certain conditions its not magic work. I'm bipolar and let me tell you, I've been trying to get the right mix of medicine for over 7 years now. I've been to multiple locations with different companies. And you know what? Dealing with mind springs I've never felt better in years. And even now I still have to tweak the medicine a little. So for anyone who's bipolar out there and needs to hear this. It's okay that it takes a little to figure out your medicine or have to keep changing you medicine because that's how this process works everywhere and in the long run of things they will find a combo of medicine that will help. It just takes time and patience and as long as you help them by being completely honest with what's going on theyll be able to help you. If your not honest with them then how are they supposed to know you still need help?

I have been a client at Mind Springs for about 10 years this year I found out they closed my book because they hadn’t seen me for a year which is what my doctor recommended because I have been stable on meds for 10 years so he only wanted to see me once a year. So I go back they re-open my book and I get a new Doctor Who thinks it’s a great idea to change my meds. The prescriptions were written incorrectly and I have now made five phone calls now to get that straightened out. She decreased a bunch of my meds when I told her that I had been stable on those meds for a very long time she said that she I was in her care now and she was responsible. Then I find out she’s not certified to write medication orders. So some doctor that I’m not even seeing is writing a prescription for my med incorrectly. Yeah they said Covid had an Impact on our mental health well actually Mind Springs has done an impact on my mental health! It is inexcusable! We need solid mental health care in Mesa County.

Mind Springs is horrible!! I had an appointment there therapist had an emergency so canceled. They didn’t reschedule not to mention I was never told about zoom appts. I have a 2yr old and it’s hard to find childcare it would have nice to been informed. My meds refill automatically every 3mo the pharmacy notified me they couldn’t refill because I was no longer a client at ms . But they talked to someone who said to give them a call and would refill my meds till I get in (LOL) what a joke!! I called many times with no luck no call back and no meds. Needless to say with out my meds my days are not easy and to even think of going to ms to do an intake to get meds gives me anxiety. Great job they are doing for people with mental health issues and the groups are a joke I went to 1 half the women different ages did not take it seriously they talked to each other about things not pertaining to group put makeup on or were on their phones.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient seeing as I just moved here and am on medicaid. I take a benzo which if you know anything about that I will go through withdrawals without it which are deadly...nnThey told me I have to come in on a specific day to get intake... during a pandemic.... I am immunocompromised and have agoraphobia without my medications they said subsume would call me to do the paperwork over the phone.... that was 3 weeks ago... this is a joke
