Community Care of the Grand Valley

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience!! I had an unfortunate encounter with moving my 10ftx12ft entertainment center which ended with a 2” gash in the left side of my scalp. I was well taken care of at CCGV. Their FNP Annette was fantastic and put my head back together beautifully. Her nurse Bree was incredible too—she was gentle and used extra time to wipe the blood out of my hair since I wouldn’t be able to take a shower for a day after the staples. So so grateful for their kindness and care!! Thank you both ❤ufe0f

Horrible customer service, misrepresentation, mis diagnoses, rude doctor lady yelled at me today. I do not recommend this place at all!! Went there with my girlfriend and she treated us horrible just because she was having a bad day, doesn't mean she should take it out on patients.

My girlfriend and I took our daughter here today and the facility is very clean, staff is very friendly, kind, patient, and caring. Our daughter was screaming the entire time and combative due to feeling ill, they were very patient with her and didn't mind her behavior. The physician was very knowledgeable and kind, I wish I could remember his name so I could give him recognition. Most urgent cares are unpleasant, especially here in the valley but Community is great and we will never go anywhere else.

They are the best place. I go to community hospital. I can’t do the other one. They are here for you. Helpful nice and find answer for you. They are humain (compare to St M who treat you like a piece of meat ).nThank you

Visited for the first time today for an injury and received excellent care. Everyone (the front desk staff, nurse Carolina, and PA Ryan) were caring, kind, warm, and professional. These qualities put me at ease during a painful time.
