I was a patient here since 1997 as of today I will no longer even call for advice. They are unprofessional and rude. Ashley is the worst person there and Dr riley pushes you into seeing his pnA.. to not have to practice real medicine on his own so unprofessional it's ridiculously not worth it.

This is the worse place to deal with. They don’t offer any pain medication. We have been there three times during this crisis and sends people to the emergency room for things that should be handled by them.

Have been a patient here for almost 20 years. I served on the Patient Advisory Counsel for 4 years. I have talked numerous people into becoming patients.nSince SCL Health took over, it is HORRIBLE. Cold, corporate, and they want to have you come in as many times as possible before you are healed. They order unnecessary tests, even after you ask them not to. You vent your frustration, and you are basically laughed at.nMy children, husband and I are seeking healing elsewhere. SMFM does not care anymore. They don’t want you to feel better, they want you to suffer as long as possible for the money. Heartbreaking. I used to be your biggest fan. I hope the people I sent your way forgive me.

My Dad was in a car accident March 11th I brought him in he was put in room 21. His nurse was Taylor I believe.. tall with blonde gray hair she wore a black T shirt with emergency across the back.(the detail is specifically because I hope to have this reach her supervisor so they may reprimand her for her unprofessional and disrespectful behavior to intern give your patients and their loved ones the respect they deserve) She was extremely rude and sarcastic when I inquired any questions about my father. Medically the staff did well but when your relative is being treated and your not sure the extent of their injuries you tend to be a bit stressed. I lost my mother to congenital heart failure a few days before in Moab UT where I’m from she passed away in my arms. So my worries of my father leaving me were definitely intensified. You never know what others are going though in their lives so ESPECIALLY in a facility that’s purpose is to help people this was shocking and hurtful to be treated in such a manner. I have worked in a hotel so customer service is top priority and I feel that it should be in a Heath care facility as well. I would definitely appreciate a fallow-up from a party in position to deal with my complaint.

Amazing doctors who actually take their time to listen. I've never felt rushed out of there and they are so compassionate
