awesome service from cashier and manager. very accommodating and personable. I have shopped there for years and have never been disappointed in service. Thank you Arvada Petco for being there for my convenience and service.

Decent selection but I suggest doing research on what you need instead of asking at the store.

I was getting some awesome help until I called to inquire about a pet adoption application and was yelled at by a male employee. I respectfully asked him to lower his voice. My application was approved and I was about to come pick up my cat, but as it turns out, they contacted the rescue who approves the applications and complained that I was apparently vocal and disgruntled, and they then rejected my application, post approval.nnIf I called in with the voice of a male, I doubt they would have raised their voice at me, let alone complain that I ask to be spoken to calmly. What an experience..

Visited the vet for the 2nd time with our old cat. They are wonderful! They even called the next day to see how she was and asked if we had any questions. Really seem concerned and involved. Much better than Planned Pethood Plus. We were treated terribly there. We are serious converts.

Too expensive. But I really do like that they do have vet and grooming services. The employees are not helpful at all or friendly, they seem to be angry and annoyed if you simply ask for assistance so I only go in if I need to purchase something specific.
