My last choice in Grand Junction when going out. I forget every year or 2 and try it again. The prices are so stinking high. They only ride the franchise name. We decided to try it again yesterday. Knowing I've had bad luck here in the past I ordered a salad. The lettuce had soaked in chemical so long it's all I could taste. They were skimpy with everything they put on it including the dressing. I honestly believe I would have had a better meal at village in for a fraction of the price.

Not really sure this place even deserves a 1 star. Spent 120 dollars for take out food. Didn't get a few items...and food was cold, bread hard as a rock. Now place wasn't even busy like 4 cars in total. Not acceptable at all. You outback had one job basically get the order correct you had no customers. A lot of money wasted. Please don't waste your money and time.

I haven't been to outback in years. Maybe I had a great experience then but this wasn't so good in comparison. Cesar salad ordered had little to salad dressing. Some of thr lettuce had none.nOrdered steak as medium rare. Steak came out barely warm and rare inside. Sent it back. Then it was better, at least warmer than when it originally came out but still pretty rare deeper in the meat. I think it could have said moo.nnGlad I had a partial gift card. Definitely would not come back. I can spend that money at the grocery store and prepare a better meal.nnToo bad cause it's nice to go out not have to cook or clean up. But that kind of money not worth it.nnGuess my previous experience was better.nnServer and manager was good but not exceptional cusyomer service.nnFor the money again not worth it. I have had better.

We ordered pickup for Valentines Day and my husband picked up and we took out the bread and it was molded!! I immediately called and supposedly spoke with the restaurant owner only to be told that their was nothing she could do cause the bread was FREE!! I told her I was not satisfied with her answer and she said I could go back 12 miles and pickup more bread or a complimentary dessert..I will never eat their again or recommend this restaurant to anyone and in these times you’d think they would try and make this right but obviously our business doesn’t mean anything.nI took pictures but don’t know how to post them or I would..they don’t even deserve 1 star
