This place has gotten a lot better, and extremely helpful as well. I have see then at a very low point. That I felt I needed to call corporate, just went there recently and picked up some boots for a friend and staff arw shining lile rock stars! Thank you for the awesome turn around!!

Horrible customer service! I’ve been wearing redwings shoes before she even work for the company. She make it seem like I couldn’t afford redwings. Only reason I went to the store was to get a new pair of laces. I didn’t know I was supposed to wear them in to get them for free. Then she gave me the wrong color saying they don’t carry the exact type. How is that possible? Then after all this I didn’t realize she gave me laces for a 6 inch boot and I have a 8inch boot . So longer laces lady! I how upper management sees this because I won’t ever get my wings here anymore thanks to your trailer trash emplyees ! Today is the 7th of November at 11 am so whoever was working that time needs to get fired. Smh. Horrible
