DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I walked into DSW San Mateo, and started walking the aisles. Then, I remembered that they have clearance items up stairs. I found 2 pairs of sandals, for this spring. When I asked for assistance, the employee came right away, very courteous. Pleasant shopping day.

Two floors of choices, what more could a shoe shopper ask for! Very nice.

You guys customer service is horrible, you messed up on my order and refusing to replace them. I’m missing a item out of another order and in order for me to receive new items I have to pay extra and it is was not my fault. I have not even received a return and customers service hung up in my face saying that they can’t help me. No manager on duty which is bad. I will never shop here again. I will be reaching out to your corporate office also because you guys are horrible.

Really nice place in General had a wide selection and variety.

This shoe store is very nice and close by.
