Would not let us in at 755. Turned us away. We had a specific idea of work shoe we wanted... They let the guy right in front of us in but not us...... Bad experience... Over priced. Better off going to sketchers. Better prices more choices....will never go to boot world again. Lost a customer for like......... ☹ufe0f☹ufe0f☹ufe0f☹ufe0f

From the minute we walked thru the door, we were impressed with the customer service. I have been looking for help in finding the right shoes that are comfortable to climb a ladder or go on a sales call. After being shown several shoe types and styles, I feel like I have a shoe that can support my long days. Great job to the team at Boot World in Chula Vista!!

Very personalized customer service. Experts in work boots. Great selection of womens dress boots and ugg boots. Prices marked down some right now. I appreciated that they counted how many people were in the store at one time and sprayed sanitizer on your hand as you entered.
