DaVita San Ysidro Dialysis

The lady in charge at night, she likes to makes fun of the old people and abuses them by not taking the needle when the dialysis is over. She likes to speak to them in Tagalog knowing they don’t speak the language and laughs at the people. She makes fun of customers that are not Philippine with other workers that speak Tagalog. Worst place ever. I speak Tagalog and I heard her saying horrible things like I can do whatever I want and nobody can do anything. They need to have more people in charge checking their behavior.

It’s very hard to get thru to someone on the phone ... the machine says to call during regular business hours which I do and still no answer nor possibly to leave a message ... I find that very unprofessional... I am not sure of this place... Holly Alex and Karen are great... (I still have trouble getting thru 3/19/2020)nn3/22/21 I’m in the pd side. I do it at home ... Dr. Videen is awesome great doctor but this company is terrible. There is a high turn around rate one moment you get used to a nurse then there is a new nurse training. They need to hire more experienced nurses and treat them well. The nurses that are there are doing the best they can but they are super busy, they need help and more patient teaching with clear instructions. The diet is very vague . The employees don’t look happy working here and staff leave regularly. Having staff quit so often is a bad sign
