I never had problems with their shoes until this year. I bought a pair at their sample sale and it was clearly defected- extremely uncomfortable. I tried to email customer service but didn’t get a response until months later (and only after I posted a comment on their social media). Their customer service didn’t help me at all and questioned if I really bought my shoes from them. Won’t be buying from them again, especially from their sales/sample sales since it says it’s final sale but the quality is clearly not the same.

I have been wearing pons for years and I love them!. They are so comfortable. The leather adapts to your feet perfectly.

Perfect sandals, handmade and really comfortable.
