Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I went there when I recently got my unemployment, I wanted to personally takeout more money than you can on the atm, I knew they didn’t know information of how much I have but that’s not what I wanted to know. She raised her voice at me and she said: DIDNT YOU READ THE SIGN OUTSIDE, WE DONT HELP PEOPLE WITH EDD, GO INLINE GOODBYE!! I was like dude I waited 1 hour for this, I wanted to give her from her own medicine but I know better raised better so I just didn’t say anything back. I need to take out more money than what I can takeout today but I’m afraid to go back or to go at any Bank of America because I’m not sure if they can help me get money out. Unless I don’t mention anything about edd.

I love the ladies there Maritza and Susie are awesome but seriously they never have enough people and that is on management. I would think maybe they don’t have enough money to hire someone else (yeah right). Definitely DO NOT OPEN an account here if you don’t plan on spending at least 1hour for simple procedures.

Aweful. Called multiple times to get a loan payoff amount. No answer. I go by the bank within 10 minutes, not a single customer in the bank. 6 employees working. Then, they tell me I cant get the payoff amount in person but have to call, what?! Seriously unbelievable. Same reason why my wife quit working there 13 years ago (not this location). Terrible.

They never answer their phones and they always give you the runaround even for the simplest transactions.

My wife accompanied her mother to this branch to open up a lock box that hadn’t been opened since 2004. Upon opening the box they discovered a short term CD for 10,000 dollars. Her father had taken out the CD in 2004, 45 days before he died. They were told they had no record of her fathers account. Her father had banked with them for over fifty years. They were told they purge old accounts in their system every seven years. All monies unaccounted for is given to the state. My wife requested to speak with the bank manager. The manager refused to meet with her and her eighty five year old mother. We have checked with the state auditors office, which confirmed the 10,000 dollars were unaccounted. We do not recommend this branch. We willl be seeking legal advice and will be filing a criminal case.
