Deborah was EXTREMELY RUDE and ASSUMES people don’t know how to take care of animals. She comes off VERY hostile when questioning customers. Saying “I work here so I can ask these questions.” Which is fine, but she still needs to be respectful when asking those questions to PAYING CUSTOMERS. Deborah really needs some training in customer service because she’s not good with people.

Only 2 people working a busy story. Not a lot of happy people with that schedule. 5 stars because I was able to get in and out somehow.

From the minute I walked in an employee did greet me but needed help but she was too lazy to assist me. I was so disappointed at this location. Her customer service was lacking. Very incompetent staff member. Didn't have her badge name but she was the heavy set and short employee. Just a nasty attitude. Would never step foot in this location again.

One of the girls is so rude, didn't answer my question and didn't helps on nothing at least other girl help me more and she was so honest telling me that she didn't have knowledge in the area but was really nice. Just for her I put 2 stars she save the bad experience

I've been to this location 4 times now and it is still horrible. They need more staff or a new manager. All of the staff talks to each other and doesn't help out customers. Today I waited in line and told the employee I needed help getting a mouse. After standing by the mice for 20 minutes I left. Very disappointed with my experiences at this location.
