Big 5 Sporting Goods

Went in there for an emergency had to buy my kids some shoes so he could play in the mud ended up waiting 35 minutes for the man that worked there to assist me he assists me the first time but saw him more interested in talking to one of his ex co-workers about job loss I stood in front of him for about five to 10 minutes waiting for him to assist me my kids were running around the store locking stuff down I was kind of getting frustrated notice the shelf on the side of me had the boxes of shoes so I just help myself and that I'm helping myself that employee there continues talking to his ex coworker maybe it was a manager but that shouldn't matter customers should always come first I was about to tell him something but I didn't want to make a scene. This country has lots of it it's professionalism it's up to us to keep it professional I did my part I believe the big five employee that was there should step up his game.If you don't like helping people out this is not for you...

This place is absolutely peaceful and efficient. The employees are extremely professional and kind. They were kind enough to let me trade in my air-soft set M16A1and spring loaded M1911 for a pellet pistol M17 with a pack of 12g carriages & a .177 ammo can. Although a bit overpriced, their products are worth the money. Although some of the products aren’t available or out of stock at times, they still provide good service to satisfy any of your needs :)

This Big 5 Sporting Goods is fairly small compared to the Los Angels. The staff greeted me as I entered. So I felt acknowledged. However no one asked if I needed assistance, which makes me think their sales are off the charts. It is probably due to that fact that a lot, if not all, Sport Authorities and Sport Chalet closed down.

I like this store... They always have good sales on their sporting shoes.

Very friendly staff and even though it's a smaller store, I was surprised that it was pretty stocked up.
