Great place my little one loves this place literally one day I need her to pulled out, she didn’t want to go home ud83dude13, I ended leaving her for one more hour. Every time that she was having great time. I hope that you open one in Bay Area. All the people that is working here are very polite and helpful.

Being a new dog parent I was worried about how our new little pup would like dog drop. And to be honest the first couple times we took her she seemed pretty scared and I was wondering if it was a good fit. The team there however gave me confidence to keep coming and soon enough our little girl was more excited to see the folks there than she was to see me. She loves her trips there and tries to drag me towards it whenever we are walking anywhere close to the space. I highly recommend DogDrop!

I found this place on Instagram and loved the way they advertised so I thought I gave this place a try.nWhen I called to make an appointment, the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and had great knowledge about the place to answer all my questions. I was very pleased and made an appointment to bring my baby to this place right away.nI was greeted with a huge welcome so I was very excited to try this place. But when I took my baby for a full day, I was VERY disappointed.nI was told during orientation that they normally post lots of pictures and videos during the day to let parents know how they are doing and give me a report card at the end of the day explaining how my puppy did throughout the day.nBut guess what? None of those things happened. There was no post on Instagram that I had to call to ask how my baby is doing since it was her first day. They just said she's doing great but nothing else. I was very worried and wanted to know in details, but there was nothing.nAlso, there was no report card regarding her day or an explanation of her day as it was mentioned during orientation.nIt was definitely a false advertisement and I was driving myself insane that I went to pick her up early.nOne star is for the cleanness of the facility and another star for the friendly lady who answered the call.nI would never bring my baby back to this place.

Things started off great but with time things degraded surprisingly quickly. Very disappointing how things turned out. A combination of high employee turnover rate and understaffing eventually caught up with things. The latest staff didn't really know my dog nor how to deal with her. Staff was always friendly but the recent manager was dishonest and that really rubbed me the wrong way in the worst way possible.

I had my two nieces there and they always are happy after leaving. Banks and Bailey.
