I was able to locate a large bed for my dog recovering from surgery and happy it was on special under the rewards program. When I got to register I noticed it had a small stain on corner and couldn't afford the other ones on display and were to big for the space my dog occupies but staff was friendly and gave me an additional discount and was able to get the bed I wanted. So happy and my dog is now resting comfortably while recovering. Thank you Petco team!

I had a great experience today at PetconnYep, I had 2 dogs with me & I needed to buy two gentle leads , a new collar, a leash and a dog tag and I wouldn't have been able to get that accomplished as smoothly as we did without the help of Dave who works there.nDave was helpful, patient, professional and really good with my dogs. It's because of him that I'll go back to that store again.nI really appreciated his help with getting the right sizes for the dogs and making sure they fit etc. helped me with the tag & putting it on the new collar I bought etc.nnWithout Dave it would have been a circus & who knows.. if it had been one of those situations where I couldn't find anyone to help me, I probably would have given up and just left.

Booked a six pack of dog training sessions (obedience 1). Tyler the dog trainer was great. She gave clear instruction and helpful guidance on how to handle our fur baby. My wife and I attended sessions together and we all made excellent progress following Tyler’s advice and practicing the exercises / drills daily between our weekly sessions. Highly recommend—be ready to get to work!

The store just looked dark (low lit) but the staff were friendly and helpful. Brought my cat in to check if he had his microchip and he did, but the staff member that checked made my cat feel safe and comfortable. Good items for my cats and a few price deals. Parking was easy and location was good. Signing up for a membership was quick and easy.

Thus Petco had a good amount of inventory compared to some of the other Petco. This was good considering I like to mix and match my Merck cat food varieties for my cat. The staff was helpful and really was a great experience
