Went in for a quick bill payment, and the rep Sandy informed me I was overpaying. She helped me save money on my bill and was able to walk out with a new watch!!! Ask for Sandy she’s the absolute best!

Horrible customer service. I asked about a nano SIM card for a smart watch I purchased for my daughter online and without even looking into it she turned me away and said they don’t support smart watches and didn’t even bother reading the paperwork that came with the watch that clearly states they do support this smart watch.
