We went to get a beta fish today. I've purchased here before, never again.nI was asked by a young person what I was looking for. She told me that I was in humane for keeping my fish in a 2qt fish bowl that my nephew had made for me. She wouldn't sell me a fish! Do these people actually know that a beta fish lives in mud puddles? My home for it is none of her business. It may be a policy to advise someone of what tank they need, but you can't tell me how to keep a fish! I'm done with this store.

Store Leader, Miranda on February 25, 2021 (around 3:00 pm)nI have a medical mask exemption. It is against the Americans with Disabilities Act to refuse service to a person because of a medical condition. After having my dogs groomed by their AMAZING groomer Colleen, whom I have gone to for years, Miranda refused to let me pay for their completed grooming services via credit card. I paid with cash. She also told the groomers to block me from signing up for future grooming. When I asked for contact information for both her and her boss, she refused to give me last names. I was not aware that she was even an employee due to her unprofessionalism. Miranda was dressed sloppy, leaning over the counter, chatting with a girl (with blue hair), which made it hard to tell that she was an employee, much less a leader! I was further harassed as she followed me to the door to try and give me back my cash! I am DISGUSTED with my experience with this unjust treatment from Miranda. I do NOT recommend this Petco. I suggest and implore corporate leadership to fire Miranda and to educate existing employees as to the boundary of their role in the store, and legal action that may be taken against them when they step across that boundary.nFriends don't walk...RUN! (and take Colleen with you!)

I really just love looking at the live pets and fish. Also, I like to browse through your vast variety of cat food, treats and toys to see what my cat might enjoy. Simple as that!

Many different choices for whatever pet needs you need. Just got a bird cage and fish tank and the customer service was great. I highly recommend!

Kids gotta eat.... But if you're going to have any pet service done bring your proof of shots as the tags don't cover...nnAs of now they are trying to force masks on people that can not wear them, and are in recurring violation of HIPPA and good business practice by forcing people out of the store
