Established one lane for checking out and then you go to the next open register. I love that!! I always manage to pick the slow lane at the grocery store. They have everything my boys like and staff is helpful. Hope they are paid appropriately.

We take our pet here for grooming. They always love on her and do a great job!

I was looking for a new place to groom my senior dog. I had scheduled an appointment with no issues. On the day of the appointment they called to cancel and try to rescheduled because they groomer had an emergency, which is completely understandable. I rescheduled for another day with no issues. I come in on the day I had rescheduled and after nearly completing the check in process, they ask me if he is on any medications. He is a senior dog with kidney and urinary issues. He is on medication for both, as well as an relaxant/anti anxiety to help relax his body, as he pees uncontrollably when excited. The employee leaves to speak with her manager and then comes back to inform me that they can not groom my dog because he is on an anti anxiety medication and they have never seen him as a client before. The employee was very kind and helpful in explaining the policy, and I in no way blame her for the mishap. As someone who works in the veterinary world, I understand that they don’t want to be liable for the risk associated with the medication, as it may cause sedation in some cases. I just wish I would’ve been informed of such policy before making my appointment, as well as going through the trouble to work with them around their groomers emergency. I suggest that they do a better job of informing their clients of this and asking questions before the time of the appointment, especially with senior dogs, who are more likely to be on medications than younger animals. Wish I could go back because the groomers seemed so kind. It really is unfortunate.
