Scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get school required vaccines and she was a current patient. Between her last visit to this one was 2 months and our info is the same. For some reason, the receptionist (Debbie) who scheduled the appointment waited until I drove an hour through dangerous weather to tell me their networks changed and they can no longer see my daughter and they havent updated records since we were original patients 10 years ago so they called a disconnected phone number despite having my current information. I've made repeated attempts to speak with an office manager but considering their behavior I dont actually think anyone will follow up.
