First time impression: Great addition to town. Delivery on time. Food fresh, hot, fresh! I must say the fries were crispy yet not heavy with oil, the chicken sandwich had fresh bakery rolls used, the burgers had nice quality bacon(yeah its true) and I was happily surprised to see portabella mushrooms used as the topping. I hope they keep up with these standards. Great price. Great food. I can start with a 4 star on first time visit. Excited to try the pizza based on this experience. I love this place. One of my new favorite spots. The staff is great and super friendly. The food is awesome. I order from here at least once a week. The Chef's Pizza is my favorite and you can't go wrong with the rosemary chicken tenders but honestly everything I've had from here has been great. They have whiskey flights as well which makes for a good night out

How does one review a pizza place 3000 miles away, without having tasting the food nor stepping foot in the place???nnOn Saturday before Valentine's Day, I called Biagio's randomly to see if they could make a heart shaped pizza for my daughter who is a student at Bryant. Sonia not only said she could do it, she would be thrilled to send some extra cheer to my daughter. Not only did the Italian Grinder taste delicious according to my daughter, but the heart shaped pie really made my daughter smile (and she said it tasted amazing!!!).nnTHANK YOU Sonia & the whole Biagio's team for making my daughter so happy, and for exceeding expectations from a customer service and culinary standpoint! You have a fan for life and the next time I visit my daughter, I'll be visiting you all as well!

This place is amazing! My mom and I came in for an app and a pizza! Best pizza around! It’s been hardnto find a Great pizza place in this area and now this is it. Thank you for the friendly service as well! Will be back soon!

Ordered delivery online, received a call they don’t deliver today and asked me to pick it up, but I had already been charged delivery fee. If I wanted to pick it up I wouldn’t have requested delivery.nToo much of a hassle, one less customer. ud83eudd37ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0fnnEdit in response:nAfter putting in an order there’s no guarantee I’d even be available to answer the cell phone to be informed the system isn’t updated- I’m at WORK. 90% of the time I do not even have my cell phone in the same room as I’m not permitted to have it on me in most circumstances. It’s not the customers fault if your system isn’t updated, make accommodations until it is. Temporarily deliver on Mondays until it is.nAnd seriously? Yes I’m 6 minutes away how do you know if I even have a car to get there?! So YES IT IS A HASSLE.nnAlso I didn’t get a call til near half an hour after the order was placed. It was ordered so that it arrived during my lunch break. Since there was no way to get my food, and wasn’t informed til such time later I didn’t even have enough time to order elsewhere to have it arrive on time. So at 8 months pregnant I couldn’t get a lunch today.nnPolite? You weren’t even remotely apologetic for the inconvenience but okay.nnWow. Blame customers for YOUR lack of due diligence. Don’t worry there won’t be a next time. Absolutely will not be ordering in the future.
