I wish I could give zero stars. Better off going to a credit union or Santander. I honestly believe that Bank of America takes pride in hurting their customers. After 10 years of their headaches and this one last time (I called, waited for hours to speak with a rep then a manager, only to be showed no sympathy) I’m switching to another financial institution in the morning.
BOA in Providence gave us false information. We went to Cumberland to clear it up and the woman here was very informed and much more professional. I wish I could say the same for other branches.
Lost my whole tax return to BofA.
