Bristol Psychiatry

I've been seeing Dr. Etter for a year or so now. He's always incredibly understanding, receptive, and explains everything before I have to ask. That being said, he does ask if I have any questions or concerns, and if I do, he's thorough in his answers. I appreciate Dr. Etter, and his receptionist is also incredibly kind. The answering service they use can be iffy, but I'd like to think that's just a product of who answers the phone that day.

I basically got ghosted by my own therapist. She seemed to not understand how to bill insurance and when she had a problem with my insurance (which even the insurance agent I talked to didn’t understand what the issue was and said that she must’ve done something wrong), she stopped replying to my phone calls all together.

Could not help me while I was in emotional distress and could not refer me to an mental advocate. Told me to go to the ER
