The food used to be way better. Miss the potato wedge fries and the balsamic potato cakes, along with the better salads and vegetarian options.nI will say, the staff has always been EXCELLENT and I will always rate them 10/5 stars.

Recently visited for the first time in over a year and there is plexiglass galore. Dublin pot pie was decent, same with the bread pudding. They still have a nice beer selection as always. Parking across the street is somewhat limited. Good reliable place to visit on the rare occasion I'm in the East Bay.

It was average. The fish and chips I ordered, which I heard were supposed to be excellent, were way overcooked. The service was also average, for the money spent I expected much more. On a positive note, the building has the old pub feel to it, nice atmosphere.
