Called ahead before I took a one page document up there to be notarized. When I got there, the lady told me that specific legal language was need at the bottom of my document for them to notarize it. I said that I've never heard of that before and could she let me know what the language was. She told me to google it. Took the same document to Fifth Third and they notarized it with no problem. Never going to that PNC again.

I will never do business again with ANY PNC Bank. I will make sure I withdraw all my money out of my account and put it into a Chase Bank. I walked into the Narvarre Branch on a Saturday to perform a wire transfer for an investment that me and my partner have going on. I felt like I was being scrutinized for trying to wire a large amount of MY cash to two separate accounts. I understand that she has a job to do, I feel like she was looking at how I was dressed and the color of my skin, and allowed her judgment off my looks to determine that she wasn’t going to allow me to wire MY money. She was about to perform it and explain to me that it won’t come out till Tuesday, which was fine. Then she just came out and told me that she didn’t feel comfortable with wiring my cash. And was told to go to my bank in Columbus. Very unacceptable! She could cost me and my partner to loose out on a deal due to the fact that she wanted to judge me as if I was a criminal trying to scam the bank out of MY money! She was more concerned about how long I’ve been knowing the person and why am I’m transferring the cash, and where did I get it from.....so because I couldn’t complete my transactions, I will be coming back to remove my cash and move it to any other bank but PNC ASAP!
