This branch has wonderful costumer service. I have never had a problem with this branch or any other branch. everyone is really kind and they make you feel at home when you are in there. the men there are so very polite and very charming. The manager and the assistant manager are very helpful and kind. I would recommend this branch to anyone. If i have a problem I'm not scared to call them. they do everything in their power to help the customer. I will always be a recurring customer at this branch. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK GUYS!!!

The staff at Genoa Bank are wonderful. We have found there financial department to be extremely helpful. Ryan strives for perfection with helping his customers invest their money wisely and make better finacial choices. I love the feeling of a Small town bank. I love knowing that I am working with local people and that my money stays local. I am always making recommendations to people that they consider Genoa bank and their financial department. They are top-notch!
