I’m going to say that I certainly had my reservations of NVR from the start. Kyle put my mind at ease and was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. He did an outstanding job explaining things to us and communicating every step of the process. We always knew what was going on with his help. Kyle made this process a breeze and we are extremely thankful for him.

They were very helpful, easy to reach, and always prompt in response if I left a message. They made the buying experience much easier. Very courteous and friendly. Paper work was made easy.
Nikki and Chris were excellent in helping us through the process. Very professional, and always very timely with responses. Our only issue was the person we closed with was very rude and short with us. She deflected most of our questions to other people or claimed ignorance on important aspects of the closing. We wish we closed with the people that guided us through the process. Why Ohio laws allow closing agents is beyond me.
