I took my fiancé there for treatment from a fall. Everyone there was very polite, compassionate, and professional. I would highly recommend them. I would like to commend a nurse by the name of Michael. He goes above and beyond with his care and treatment of the patients and their families. He is a great attribute to the Mercy Health Family.
One star is too much for this facility. I had an allergic reaction where my throat swelled up and face went numb. They sent my prescriptions but they did not go through for some reason. I called to correct the situation, find out why my pharmacy was saying they don’t have my prescriptions. Nurses are rude. They seem incredibly unorganized. I did not get my medications on time. Would not recommend anyone to go here.
Every week I go for Blood work for Cleveland Clinic and every week they lose my Work Order and don,t send my Lab results until Cleveland Clinic calls me and says they haven,t received them. Then have to call and have them fax them up to the Clinic. Need better service!
went here in 2018 for serve pain they got me right back . i ended up having a kidney stone. i had pain medication and a ct scan and my labs back all within the first 30 minutes i was there. my nurse was the absolute best very caring and super nice... my doctor was decent i think he was a 4 year resident . only bad part was waiting around for my ct result which took about an hour.
This place is HORRIBLE!! We waited 2.5 hours all for the doctor to come in and try to write a script for Percocet. He did not read my wife’s charts or know any of the medication she was on, nor did he ask. I wouldn’t go to this place if my life depended on it. Typical Youngstown trash hospital. Drive the extra 40 minutes and go to Cleveland clinic main campus. For the grand finale, the nurse gave us someone else’s charts and summary papers with her SSN. Pretty sure that’s illegal.
