The one woman i spoke to on the phone AND in person was not only on point with customer service but also VERY knowledgeable ! (she has 3 dogs & a cat) held bones for me an extra couple days as well as gave me some good ideas for my pup !nni will be back thanks to her !!! ❤

After my normal pet supply stop closed - Pet Valu in Sheffield Village - I decided to try out PetPeople based on reviews. The store is clean, organized and the staff was delightful.nnI shop for a cat and there is an excellent selection of food, litter and other products.nnMy cat wants me to add: The Boxicat scent-free litter is great.

Love Pet People in Avon, OH! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. The store is always clean and very well organized. I just tried the online ordering & curbside pickup for the first time yesterday, and it was super fast and easy. I highly recommend Pet People in Avon, OH!
