Pet Supplies Plus Willowick

Loving curbside pickup. They have called me asking for substitutes when they were out of a product. They were extremely helpful!!! I really hope they keep the curbside service indefinitely. I would definitely continue to order from them given that option. Great store...reasonably priced... wonderful service.

Online shopping showed my dog food was not in stock. I called them. Melissa checked. She was patient and helpful. She said indeed it was in stock but that it was odd web wasn't showing stock. She told me how to order online and she would get me the right food. I didn't need to call or correct the order when it was ready, she did what she said she would do! I appreciated that. She saved me time and frustration and I now have my big bag of kibble for my pup! :) Happy Customer once again.

They’re very helpful here. I started my first aquarium and they were knowledgeable about products to get and what fish can live together. The store didn’t always have what I needed, but they were a good place to start!

Better than petsmart. But not as good as pet supplies plus in mentor. The Mentor store just has a much cleaner atmosphere and employees were more readily available.
