I have to say their delivery service is the most convenient! And free.I love the convenience of when I forget it order dog food that I can place an order and get it delivered within the hour or so. I hope they continue this service because it’s really a big help... as a mom to 1, stepmom to 5, and and 2 big beasts of dog babies it’s super hard to have to pack every one up, load them in the car and go. So thanks again Pet supplies plus. Much appreciated!
Love this Parma store! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Recently Becca took the time to talk to me about my Redford purchase for my 2 English Mastiffs. She was very patient and explained things to me that I didn't know. Thank you!!!
I have been coming to this store for the last couple of years with my son, who loves this place, and all of the pets. We have bought quite a lot of supplies over the years. Tonight when We stopped by, the young lady who said that she was the mew manager out of the blue started yelling at me and said that she would call the police if I didn’t put a mask on. By the way this was after I have already left the store on my own!!ud83dude21ud83dude21nUpdate: what a sorry excuse for a pet-store in comparison to Agnoquatics just down the street at 7916 Broadview! At this place the owners are wonderful, and knowledgeable, they actually want you to come in and shop there! Even if you don’t buy anything, they love to answer all your questions on fish!
What an amazing place. I shop here for all my dogs supplies and it’s just just a pleasant experience every time. I really value great customer service and the staff here knocks it out of the park. Also, they’re grooming staff is amazing as well.
Awesome place and staff. Both times weve come here weve received help without asking and when we did ask they were happy to do it. Great selection and just an overall nice looking store
