With my mortgage, a business account, and a personal checking account, I frequently visit many citizens bank locations. The Independence branch on Rockside it is by far the worst, and unfortunately it’s the nearest one to my home. They have terrible hours and even when it is not busy they are extremely slow. In addition to this they always seem to have some sort of problem handling my accounts when the other Citizen banks don’t.
Thugs posing as a financial institution. What's in your wallet? Will be nothing after dealing with these crooks. Avoid!
Had to deal with a situation without being near a branch and the manager was FANTASTIC in helping me find a solution!
