I have an account with them. The only problem i have is One of the manager there keep giving me excuses. Im power of attorney for my brother, so im just trying to cash his check for him. She scan all the documents i have to prove it. To see if i can cash it. Told me call her Tuesday. I been calling all week and nothing but excuses saying she would call me back that shes in the middle of something but still hasnt called me back. Im getting tired of calling and Romona not giving an update.

Because of the COVID-19, you must make an appointment to open up an account.nSo I arrive at the KeyBank in the Steelyard. I make the appointment.nOn the day of my appointment, I drive up, park, go to the door, but it's locked.nTwo of the tellers are standing outside, and they tell me the bank is temporarily closed.nI tell them I had an appointment today.nOne of the tellers standing outside is the very one who set up my appointment.nThey both tell me when the issue is solved, and they're open again, they will call me, and I can come and start an account.nThe next day, I haven't heard from them, so I call. I ask an associate is the bank open now, she says yes.nI explain to her of the prior events, and asked if I could come in and start an account. She says she has to reschedule me.nI say never mind.nThis not a good sign. I'll have to try another bank.nKeyBank took over Society. Looks like a new bank otw to take the key.ud83eudd2cud83dude20ud83eudd2c

I opened my account at the steelyard key. Since then they have been courteous, helpful, and have always helped with a smile.

Always seems to be fast, courteous, welcoming and helpful. Ignore the haters -- probably millennials who overdraft every week -- who only stop in to see if the $4.85 they have left will cover the $4.50 check they just wrote.
