I love this location. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The store is clean and looks nice. I drive the extra 20min to this location because the one by me is awful.

I didnt get the associates name that helped us but she went above and beyond to help my 12 year old daughter get everything she needed and all her questions answered when she purchased her very first set of guinea pigs. She explained to her the different items they used in the store as well as how she personally cared for her own animals at home. She made sure she understood everything she was explaining before we left the store. She knew my daughter was using her own Christmas and birthday money to make this purchase and that she'd been saving for it so she helped her get the quality products and price matched the website for her. It was an overall amazing experience.

The gentleman that helped us was the best! I cant recall his name but he was amazing and even got our puppy a free bag of food which our puppy loves! He was not eating the other food and we were so happy to have this other food to give him! We are new puppy parents and the store made us feel so happy and excited!

team members were very helpful in assisting me with finding the items i was looking for. They also had suggestions for other items that might assist me with setting up my crabitat.

All the standard per supplies most suburban homes would want or need at reasonable prices.
